Die Queer CUNTine verwandelt die Kantine der Sophiensæle in einen Nachtclub: An den drei Samstagen im Anschluss an die Vorstellungen von Nestervals Eldorado - einer immersiven Theaterarbeit über queeres Leben in Berlin vor und während der NS-Zeit - lädt der*die Regisseur*in, Schauspieler*in, Kurator*in und Aktivist*in Heinrich Horwitz Berliner Künstler*innen verschiedener Generationen ein, um gemeinsam queere Vorkämpfer*innen, Ahn*innen und Mythen zu beschwören, die Gegenwart zu zelebrieren und eine Zukunft zu imaginieren. Es entstehen drei unterschiedliche Bar-Abende mit Musik, Drag, Stand Up und Performance - nicht nur für das Publikum, das vorher im Theater war, sondern für alle.

The Queer CUNTine transforms the Kantine (canteen) of Sophiensæle into a nightclub: On the three Saturdays following the performances of Nestervals Eldorado-an immersive theater work about queer life in Berlin before and during the Nazi era-director, performer, curator and activist Heinrich Horwitz invites Berlin artists of different generations to come together to conjure up queer pioneers, ancestors and myths, to celebrate the present and to imagine a future. The result is three distinct bar nights with music, drag, stand-up and performance-not only for those who were at the theater beforehand, but for everyone.
