Join us for a special afternoon full of adventure and imagination! This event will take young explorers on a journey into a world full of fascinating stories. Ever wondered how the turtle got its shell? Carol Sterling will explore just that through exciting tales and an interactive puppet-show, followed by a workshop on how to make the puppets yourself! Designed for preschool through age 10, this event will introduce important themes and concepts. For her show, Carol uses recycled materials and promotes conflict resolution in an approachable, interactive way that encourages young viewers to take part.
Carol Sterling is an award winning educator, artist, and puppeteer from the US. She is dedicated to arts education and has developed numerous programs to promote creativity and cultural awareness. Her work focuses on integrating the arts into school curricula and community initiatives. Sterling received her education in the fine arts at Columbia University as well as at NYU.
