Die Trilogie Men in Feminism untersucht die Rolle von privilegierten Männern im Feminismus aus deutsch/schweizerischer, ruandischer und indischer Perspektive - von und mit Männern und Feminist*innen. Welche Rollen spielen Männer im Feminismus und was wünschen sich Feminist*innen von den privilegiertesten Männern in ihren Gesellschaften? Drei Performance-Teile werden hintereinander gezeigt: Vinod ist eine Performance, die Feminismus anhand des Vorsprechens eines Schauspielers untersucht und dabei Erinnerungen, gesellschaftliche Ideale und Kulturkritik miteinander verbindet. Thomas ist eine subversive Stand-up-Comedy-Performance und U-Mugabo hinterfragt mit Bewegung und Sprache, wie Männer und Frauen im heutigen Ruanda Macht miteinander teilen.

The trilogy Men in Feminism examines the role of privileged men in feminism from German/Swiss, Rwandan, and Indian perspectives - by and with men and feminists. What roles do men play in feminism and what do feminists want from the most privileged men in their societies? Three performance parts are shown one after the other: Vinod is a performance examining feminism through an actor's audition blending memory, societal ideals and cultural critique. Thomas is a subversive stand-up comedy performance and U-Mugabo questions, through movement and words, how men and women share power in contemporary Rwanda.
