We will gather for the Autumn Equinox, which marks the point when we move into the darker months of the year. A time of introspection and preparation to dive deeper inside.
By landing in our bodies we allow intuitive moments to express our internal states.
Ceremonial Cacao supports us in reawakening our feminine essence and guides us into our bodies and hearts. This heart-opening medicine will awaken your senses and deepen your connection to yourself and others.
From this open and receptive space, we will move into an intuitive movement practice and dance to let our bodies lead the way through expression.
We will integrate the experience with a guided visualization to transition into the new season.
