It's not the how but the why.
In a concern for respect for the body as a partner rather than just a tool, Maura offers a class where the first attention is focused on sensitive and sensory listening to the body, through slow sequences in deep breathing or through warm-up improvisations focused on the awakening of sensations. »She combines games, energetic moves, improvisation, and floor routines to enhance body awareness. She takes advantage of speed to infuse this awareness into spontaneous, natural responses from an engaged body.«
In a quest for curiosity, singularity and discovery, Maura re-questions the organic responses of each one through physical research tracks based on different images (concrete or abstract), with the aim of restricting to widen the fields of possibilities.
